Simply Silk TM comes with a satisfaction guarantee printed right on the label: "If you are not completely satisfied, return to the place of purchase for refund"

SimplySilkTM.com stands behind the Simply Silk product. If you are not satisfied with the results of using the product:

  • Contact us within 90 days of purchase for an RMA number and return instructions,

  • Return the unused portion of the product, per return instructions, within 30 days of obtaining the RMA.

Please note: If you purchase more than one bottle, all unopened bottles returned will be refunded. However, only one opened bottle can be refunded. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

The Simply Silk product should be as safe for your silk plants as plain water, if not safer. However, use of this product is at your own risk.

While we have never heard of an incident where an application of the Simply Silk product caused any damage, such as colors bleeding, SimplySilkTM.com has no control over the quality of the silk flowers and silk plants you will be cleaning.

SimplySilkTM.com is not responsible for replacement of any silk flowers, silk plants, or silk arrangements should use of the Simply Silk product cause any damage.

Silk Flowers, House Plants, and Silk Trees are available in partnership with Nearly Natural, and are subject to the Nearly Natural return policy: All Nearly Natural products come with a no questions asked 30 day return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return your purchase for a full refund, minus shipping charges.
  • Contact SimplySilkTM.com within 30 days of purchase for an RMA number and return instructions.

  • Package your item back into its original packaging.

  • Include a note with your name, address, phone number and RMA number.

  • Your account will be credited with a full refund when we receive the returned merchandise.

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all accessories must be included. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually.
